3. Performance-Based Pricing

• Enterprise Channels: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due only upon delivery of qualified leads that meet your pre-approved criteria.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Pay invoices within 30 days of receipt

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to ZetaVox services remain our exclusive property. Clients receive a limited license to use our services for their business purposes only.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZetaVox's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due, and access to services will be discontinued.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Glen Rose, Texas.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
